Black Forest Oreo Crisp

Ingredients
- 16 oreo cookies, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
- 2/3 cup toasted slivered almonds, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f
- 2 mix cookie crumbs, almonds and butter until well blended; set aside.
- 3 spoon pie filling into lightly greased 13x9-inch baking pan; top with the crumb mixture.
- 4 bake 30 minutes or until pie filling is hot and bubbly and topping is lightly browned; cool.
- 5 top each serving with 1/3 cup of the ice cream.
