Banana Praline Crepes

- 8 prepared crepes, your favorite recipe
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
- 2 add brown sugar and orange juice.
- 3 stir until dissolved and thickened.
- 4 fold in sliced bananas.
- 5 heat through.
- 6 fill each crepe with 1/3 cup filling; fold two sides of crepe over.
- 7 top with 1 heaping tbsp of praline butter sauce: in small mixing bowl, cream butter till fluffy.
- 8 add sugar; beat well.
- 9 mix in chopped pecans.
- 10 use to top banana crepes.
