Banana Praline Crepes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 prepared crepes, your favorite recipe
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
  • 2 add brown sugar and orange juice.
  • 3 stir until dissolved and thickened.
  • 4 fold in sliced bananas.
  • 5 heat through.
  • 6 fill each crepe with 1/3 cup filling; fold two sides of crepe over.
  • 7 top with 1 heaping tbsp of praline butter sauce: in small mixing bowl, cream butter till fluffy.
  • 8 add sugar; beat well.
  • 9 mix in chopped pecans.
  • 10 use to top banana crepes.
