Banana Papaya Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) package banana cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup applesauce
• 1 cup papaya, mashed
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 (12 ounce) container cream cheese frosting

Recipe

• 1 lightly beat eggs.
• 2 mix together all ingredients
• 3 feel free to add chopped pecans, walnuts, chocolate chips or raisins!
• 4 bake at 325 degrees f (mini cupcakes: approximately 12-15 minutes. cupcakes: 23-26 minutes.).
• 5 ice with cream cheese icing.
