Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/4 cup almonds, blanched & roughly chopped
- 4 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 -4 tablespoons honey
- 1 -2 leaf edible silver foil
Recipe
- 1 heat milk in a thick heavy bottomed pan and bring to a boil.
- 2 reduce the heat add the chopped almonds and simmer on low heat for 15- 20 minutes
- 3 add green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and continue to boil for another 2 minutes.
- 4 remove from the heat , add honey and stir.
- 5 serve warm in individual earthenware glasses garnished with silver warq.6.
