Bacon, Cheese And Potato Chowder

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups nonfat milk or 3 cups milk
  • 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups hash brown potatoes, frozen
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix milk and soup in large saucepan.
  • 2 stir in potatoes.
  • 3 bring to boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 reduce heat to med-low.
  • 5 simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • 6 ladle into 6 bowls.
  • 7 top evenly with cheese, bacon and onions.
