1-dish Hot Fudge Swirl Cake

Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 (1/4 ounce) packages fast rise yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup very warm water
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup hot fudge, ice cream sauce (don't use chocolate syrup!)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Recipe
- 1 spray a 9 1/2 inch deep-dish pie pan with cooking spray.
- 2 in the prepared pan, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water, and melted butter.
- 3 top the batter with evenly-spaced spoonfuls of the hot fudge sauce. using the spoon, swirl fudge sauce into the batter without mixing.
- 4 place the pie pan in a cold oven. set the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned and firm in the center.
- 5 cool 10 minutes. combine powdered sugar and milk and drizzle over warm cake.
