Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups bisquick
- 3 bananas, overripe
- 1 1/3 cups skim milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients. allow batter to rest, while skillet is heating.
- 2 pour in 3 to 4" pancakes.
- 3 turn when edges are slightly dry and bubbles stop forming.
- 4 serve w/ warm maple syrup!
