Amish Friendship Bread (with Fresh Fruit)

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup amish batter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 cups fresh fruit, diced, chopped or sliced
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375° and grease 2 loaf pans.
- 2 combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- 3 combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
- 4 add the wet to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- 5 fold in the nuts and fruit.
- 6 pour into the prepared pans and bake 50-60 minutes.
