- 1/4 cup cucumber, unpeeled and diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Recipe
- 1 combine vegetables.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients. add to vegetables and toss to coat.
- 3 refrigerate for a few hours.
