Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, unpeeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine vegetables.
  • 2 combine remaining ingredients. add to vegetables and toss to coat.
  • 3 refrigerate for a few hours.
