Ingredients

- 15 1/4 ounces corn
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 medium carrot, scraped and shredded
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan, cook over low heat 5 minutes.
- 2 stir in carrot and chill.
