- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
