Corn Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 (14 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, uncooked and drained
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 (16 ounce) bag chili cheese corn chips, crushed
Recipe
- 1 just mix first four ingredients together.
- 2 chill.
- 3 when ready to serve add bag of crushed chips to top.
- 4 enjoy.
- 5 note* feel free to add anything else that floats your boat: tomatoes, black olives, green onions, shredded cheddar etc -- .
