Corn Salad

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, uncooked and drained
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag chili cheese corn chips, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 just mix first four ingredients together.
  • 2 chill.
  • 3 when ready to serve add bag of crushed chips to top.
  • 4 enjoy.
  • 5 note* feel free to add anything else that floats your boat: tomatoes, black olives, green onions, shredded cheddar etc -- .
