Corn Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk (pet brand preferred)
  • butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium bowl.
  • 2 add eggs, corn, and milk; mix well.
  • 3 turn into a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
  • 4 dot generously with pats of butter.
  • 5 bake at 350f until center is almost firm, about 1 hour.
