- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk (pet brand preferred)
- butter
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium bowl.
- 2 add eggs, corn, and milk; mix well.
- 3 turn into a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
- 4 dot generously with pats of butter.
- 5 bake at 350f until center is almost firm, about 1 hour.
