Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups corn
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 combine corn, milk, butter and beaten eggs.
- 2 separately combine flour, sugar, salt and onion.
- 3 stir dry ingredients into corn mixture.
- 4 pour into a buttered casserole dish.
- 5 sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
- 6 set dish in a pan of hot water.
- 7 bake in a 350 degree oven for 55-60 minuts.
