Corn Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 combine corn, milk, butter and beaten eggs.
  • 2 separately combine flour, sugar, salt and onion.
  • 3 stir dry ingredients into corn mixture.
  • 4 pour into a buttered casserole dish.
  • 5 sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
  • 6 set dish in a pan of hot water.
  • 7 bake in a 350 degree oven for 55-60 minuts.
