- 15 1/4 ounces corn (drained)
- 14 3/4 ounces creamed corn
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 8 1/2 ounces jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 place in a rectangle baking dish.
- 4 bake for 30 minutes.
