Corn Pudding

Ingredients

• 4 large eggs
• 6 tablespoons melted butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 2 cups white corn
• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 cup heavy cream

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 325, grease a 2 quart baking dish.
• 2 in bowl beat eggs, add butter, sugar,sugar and spices.
• 3 stir in remaining ingredients, pour into baking dish.
• 4 bake 1 hour,15 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
