Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces, chopped
- 3/4 cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1 eggs or 1 egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 1. preheat oven to 350*.
- 2 2. mix dry ingredients.
- 3 3. mix wet ingredients.
- 4 4. pour wet into dry. stir to combine.
- 5 5. pour into a 9×9 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
- 6 6. bake for 40 minutes.
- 7 7. cut into 9 squares.
