Baked Oatmeal Snack Bars

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 1 eggs or 1 egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 1. preheat oven to 350*.
  • 2 2. mix dry ingredients.
  • 3 3. mix wet ingredients.
  • 4 4. pour wet into dry. stir to combine.
  • 5 5. pour into a 9×9 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
  • 6 6. bake for 40 minutes.
  • 7 7. cut into 9 squares.
