Beer Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cold beer
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix flour, sugar, and beer well.
  • 3 pour into greased loaf pan, casserole dish or muffin tin.
  • 4 bake for 30 minutes.
  • 5 pour butter over top and cook 10 minutes more until brown.
  • 6 best when eaten while it's warm.
