Ingredients

- 2 baking potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 bake potatoes as usual once.
- 2 cut open, but do not part halves.
- 3 scoop out middle, add butter and milk to it and whip.
- 4 before finished whipping, add seasonings desired.
- 5 pile it back in shells, place favorite cheese on top, and bake till golden brown.
- 6 garnish top as desired and serve.
