Barbecued Sausages

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb sausage
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 fry onion and celery in a little butter until soft and transparent.
- 2 boil sausage for 2 minutes to remove fat.
- 3 brown slightly in pan with onion and celery.
- 4 cut into bite size pieces.
- 5 mix other ingredients and add to pan.
- 6 simmer covered for 1/2 hr.
