Barbecued Sausages

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 fry onion and celery in a little butter until soft and transparent.
  • 2 boil sausage for 2 minutes to remove fat.
  • 3 brown slightly in pan with onion and celery.
  • 4 cut into bite size pieces.
  • 5 mix other ingredients and add to pan.
  • 6 simmer covered for 1/2 hr.
