Apple Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) package spice cake mix
• 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
• 1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
• 1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
• 3 small apples
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 peel, slice and core the apples.
• 3 dice the apples into small pieces.
• 4 prepare cake mix according to box directions.
• 5 stir apples into batter.
• 6 pour cake into a 9x13-inch greased and floured pan.
• 7 bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• 8 while cake is baking,combine sweetened condensed milk,sour cream and lemon juice.
• 9 take cake from oven and spread sour cream mixture over top; return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer.
• 10 sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
• 11 cool cake and serve-- keep leftovers refrigerated.
