Beer Cheese Soup

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 celery soup
  • 1 leek soup mix
  • 1/2 french onion soup mix
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 6 ounces beer, at room temperature

Recipe

  • 1 combine all soups mixes and water and simmer on medium until thick. slowly add cheese, stir until smooth and add beer. serve. leftovers can be frozen and thawed in fridge.
