Ingredients

- 1 celery soup
- 1 leek soup mix
- 1/2 french onion soup mix
- 5 cups water
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
- 6 ounces beer, at room temperature
Recipe
- 1 combine all soups mixes and water and simmer on medium until thick. slowly add cheese, stir until smooth and add beer. serve. leftovers can be frozen and thawed in fridge.
