Becca's Tomato Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 9 inch deep dish pie shell
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise, mixed together
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a 350 degree oven, bake pie shell for 5 to 7 minutes.
- 2 then-- layer the sliced tomatoes in the bottom of the pie shell.
- 3 sprinkle salt& pepper to taste.
- 4 crumble bacon on top of tomatoes.
- 5 spread the cheese& mayonnaise mixture on top.
- 6 cook in 350 degree oven for another 35-40 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
