Baked Butternut & Sweet Potatoes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet potato, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup butternut squash, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, minced
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
  • 2 toss squash and potatoes with remaining ingredients.
  • 3 bake 40 minutes or at 375°f for 20 minutes.
  • 4 stir halfway through baking.
