Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, minced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
- 2 toss squash and potatoes with remaining ingredients.
- 3 bake 40 minutes or at 375°f for 20 minutes.
- 4 stir halfway through baking.
