Abigail's Cobbler

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 29 ounces sliced peaches (or any fruit of choice)

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350f or 325f if using glass pan.
  • 2 melt butter.
  • 3 mix dry ingredients.
  • 4 add milk and melted butter to dry ingredients.
  • 5 pour batter into pan.
  • 6 put fruit on top.
  • 7 bake for 30 minutes.
  • 8 serve warm with vanilla custard/pudding or thickened cream.
