Ingredients

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rice milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup unprocessed wheat bran
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix wet and dry ingredients separately, and then combine.
- 3 pour into greased muffin tins (makes 6).
- 4 bake for 30 minutes at 350°f.
