A+ Dog Biscuits, A Home Brewer's Delight

Ingredients
- 2 cups oats (the spent grains from the brewing process. i had to say oats because recipezaar did not recognize "s)
- 2 cups flour (i use whole wheat)
- 1 cup meat (cooked, leftover, ground up in a food processor. i have also used leftover swedish meatballs and pas)
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 370.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- 3 form dough into a big ball.
- 4 cut a piece of parchment paper to fit a cookie sheet.
- 5 flour a rolling pin to prevent sticking.
- 6 sprinkle flour on dough ball.
- 7 roll out your dough on the parchment paper to 1/4 (or a little less) of an inch thick.
- 8 cut cross-hatch squares into the dough before cooking so that the "biscuits" are easily separated after cooking.
- 9 cook for 40 minutes at 370.
- 10 let cool and break them apart.
- 11 place biscuits in a paper bag. you should chill them in the fridge if you will not be using them all in a week.
