Baked Cauliflower A La The Frugal Gourmet

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, fresh grated (or romano)
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a stainless steel vegetable steamer, steam the cauliflower for about 15 minutes, until tender.
