Baked Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 butternut squash, cut in half long wise, deseeded
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Recipe
- 1 set oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 cut the butternut squash in half from top to bottom, leaving the skin on. deseed the squash.
- 3 using a 9x13 baking dish, place both halfs of the squash into the pan.
- 4 spread 2 tablespoons of the butter on half of squash.
- 5 spread 1/4 cup of brown sugar on each half of squash. placing a little extra in the bowl of the squash.
- 6 put 1/2 inch of water in baking dish.
- 7 place in oven for 45 minutes.
