Baked Butternut Squash

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 butternut squash, cut in half long wise, deseeded
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Recipe

  • 1 set oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 cut the butternut squash in half from top to bottom, leaving the skin on. deseed the squash.
  • 3 using a 9x13 baking dish, place both halfs of the squash into the pan.
  • 4 spread 2 tablespoons of the butter on half of squash.
  • 5 spread 1/4 cup of brown sugar on each half of squash. placing a little extra in the bowl of the squash.
