Banana, Pecan & Muesli Slice

Total Time: 38 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup toasted muesli
  • 1 cup self-raising flour, sifted
  • 1 cup sultana
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 combine muesli, flour, sultanas & pecans.
  • 2 in a separate bowl combine bananas, egg & honey.
  • 3 pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
  • 4 lightly grease and line a 18 x 28cm slab tin. spoon mixture into tin and smooth the top.
  • 5 bake at 180 c for 30 mins until firm and golden.
  • 6 cool before cutting into fingers to serve.
