Banana, Pecan & Muesli Slice

Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted muesli
- 1 cup self-raising flour, sifted
- 1 cup sultana
- 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 combine muesli, flour, sultanas & pecans.
- 2 in a separate bowl combine bananas, egg & honey.
- 3 pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
- 4 lightly grease and line a 18 x 28cm slab tin. spoon mixture into tin and smooth the top.
- 5 bake at 180 c for 30 mins until firm and golden.
- 6 cool before cutting into fingers to serve.
