Annabelle's Baked Beans

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans lamb & beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/8 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet cook bacon until crispy.
  • 2 remove from pan and place on paper towlels.
  • 3 to bacon drippings add onions and cook until clear.
  • 4 open beans and place in a casserole dish.
  • 5 add bacon drippings and cooked onions.
  • 6 to those add the mustard, ketchup, salt & pepper.
  • 7 mix well.
  • 8 crumble bacon and put on top of the beans.
  • 9 bake for 30 - 40 mins at 325*.
