Annabelle's Baked Beans

Ingredients

- 1 lb bacon
- 2 (15 ounce) cans lamb & beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/8 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet cook bacon until crispy.
- 2 remove from pan and place on paper towlels.
- 3 to bacon drippings add onions and cook until clear.
- 4 open beans and place in a casserole dish.
- 5 add bacon drippings and cooked onions.
- 6 to those add the mustard, ketchup, salt & pepper.
- 7 mix well.
- 8 crumble bacon and put on top of the beans.
- 9 bake for 30 - 40 mins at 325*.
