- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 -7 chopped crawfish tails
- 2 tablespoons pimientos
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl. fold together until you have a creamy consistency. chill for one hour.
- 2 serve as you desire, on a sandwich, on a salad, on top of a burger or on crackers.
