Cream Cake With Chocolate

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 225 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g cocoa powder or 100 g grated chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven at medium temperature.
  • 2 to prepare the dough:.

  • 8 when the cake is cooked, let cool and cut off in 2 or 3 discs of the same thickness. brush each disk with a layer of chocolate cream and return the cake to form part and garnish the top and edges with the rest of the cream.
