Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/4 lb imitation crabmeat
- garlic powder
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 (16 ounce) package wonton wrappers
- 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- sweet and sour sauce (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet melt butter over med heat.
- 2 add crab and onion.
- 3 when well heated and starting shred, remove from heat.
- 4 place cream cheese in medium-sized mixing bowl.
- 5 add garlic powder and pepper.
- 6 pour heated crab and onion mixture; combine well.
- 7 in a frypan heat vegetable oil (medium-high).
- 8 spoon small amounts into wonton wrappers.
- 9 fold up and drop into heated oil.
- 10 cook until golden brown.
- 11 serve warm with sweet and sour sauce.
