Crazy Crust Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup shortening (not oil)
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1 can pie filling (cherry or apple)

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients except pie filling with a mixer for two minutes.
• 2 pour into 9 inch pie pan.
• 3 make a hole in the center and pour the pie filling in.
• 4 sprinkle the cinnamon over the top and bake in a 350ºf.
• 5 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
