Crazy Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup boiling water

Recipe

• 1 grease and flour 8 inch square cake pan.
• 2 put all ingredients except 1/2 cup boiling water in a large bowl.
• 3 pour 1/2 cup of boiling water over above ingredients and beat about 2 minutes with electric mixer.
• 4 pour into baking pan.
• 5 spread evenly.
• 6 bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
