Bisquick Chicken And Broccoli Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 7 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
  • 6 ounces canned carrots, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 400°f grease a 10" round glass casserole dish.
  • 2 rinse broccoli in cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly.
  • 3 mix together the broccoli, carrots, 1 1/3 cups cheese, chicken, and onion right in the casserole dish.
  • 4 beat milk, eggs, bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth. pour on top of the chicken mixture that is in the casserole dish.
  • 5 bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. top with remaining cheese. bake another couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
  • 6 cool 5 minutes serve!
