Ingredients

- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon margarine, melted (optional)
- 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup splenda granular
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
Recipe
- 1 beat first 7 ingredients (banana through salt) with electric mixer.
- 2 stir in oatmeal and milk.
- 3 pour into greased casserole dish.
- 4 bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
