Baked Chicken With Broccoli & Rice

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken breast halves or 4 chicken legs
  • 1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • pepper
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 remove skin from chicken if desired.
  • 2 in an 8-cup (2l) oblong baking dish, combine soup, water and rice.
  • 3 arrange chicken on rice mixture; sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
  • 4 bake at 375 without cover for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is tender.
  • 5 garnish with parsley if desired.
