Baked Chicken With Broccoli & Rice

Ingredients

- 4 chicken breast halves or 4 chicken legs
- 1 can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
- pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 remove skin from chicken if desired.
- 2 in an 8-cup (2l) oblong baking dish, combine soup, water and rice.
- 3 arrange chicken on rice mixture; sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
- 4 bake at 375 without cover for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is tender.
- 5 garnish with parsley if desired.
