Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mustard seeds
- 3/4 cup coriander seed
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup celery seed
- 1/4 cup dried marjoram
- 1/4 cup dill seed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole allspice
- 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 20 bay leaves, crushed
Recipe
- 1 stir all ingredients together and store in an airtight container up to 2 months.
