Crappy Omelette

Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons 2% low-fat milk
- 2 ounces spam
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 lightly beat eggs and milk.
- 2 saute onion and spam.
- 3 fry egg mixture a little over medium to low heat, pulling in edges to keep egg from pooling.
- 4 when very little egg is still liquid, add onion and spam to one side, then fold remaining egg over it.
- 5 heat omelette a minute more and slide onto plate.
- 6 consume immediately.
