Crappy Omelette

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons 2% low-fat milk
  • 2 ounces spam
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 lightly beat eggs and milk.
  • 2 saute onion and spam.
  • 3 fry egg mixture a little over medium to low heat, pulling in edges to keep egg from pooling.
  • 4 when very little egg is still liquid, add onion and spam to one side, then fold remaining egg over it.
  • 5 heat omelette a minute more and slide onto plate.
  • 6 consume immediately.
