Black Bean Breakfast Burrito

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 small whole wheat tortilla

Recipe

  • 1 scramble eggs, beans, salsa and cheese. fill tortilla with egg mixture.
