Biscuit Mushroom Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated biscuits
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter.
- 2 stir in flour until blended, gradually add broth and milk.
- 3 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. remove from heat.
- 4 stir in lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and paprika.
- 5 pour into a greased 11 x 7 baking dish and arrange biscuits over the top.
- 6 bake , uncovered at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown,.
- 7 let stand 5 minutes before serving.
