Ingredients

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 -10 chicken thighs, i use boneless, skinless
Recipe
- 1 mix all marinade ingredients.
- 2 marinate for at least 4 hours.
- 3 grill over hot coals or on gas barbecue until done.
