Baked Cognac Carrots

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup cognac
- 1 cup green seedless grape
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 combine the butter, sugar and salt in a large shallow baking dish.
- 3 stir in the carrots and pour the cognac over top.
- 4 cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the carrots are done as you like.
- 5 stir in the grapes and serve.
