Country Style Potatoes.. Yum Yum :)

Ingredients

- 4 small baking potatoes, peeled
- 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3 tablespoons fresh breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons water
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 400*.
- 2 spray a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
- 3 set aside.
- 4 cut each potato in half lengthwise.
- 5 cut each half diagonally into 1/4 inch thick slices, keeping slices together.
- 6 using a wide spatula, place each potato half on prepared baking sheet.
- 7 press with fingers to fan slices.
- 8 in a cup, combine the margarine, oil and basil.
- 9 mix well.
- 10 brush evenly over potatoes.
- 11 bake for 30 minutes.
- 12 in another cup combine bread crumbs, parmesan and water.
- 13 mix well.
- 14 sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
- 15 bake until browned and tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- 16 serve immediately.
