- 2 lbs country-style lamb ribs
- 1 1/2 cups jack daniel's hickory mesquite grilling sauce
- 1 1/2 cups jack daniel's sizzling smokehouse blend grilling sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 place lamb in a saucepan and add all liquids; cover and simmer for five minutes.
- 2 place ribs and sauce mixture in a baking dish, then let simmer in an oven at 325 for one and a half hours (or until tender with a fork); cool.
- 3 finish on a greased hot grill- brushing on extra jack daniel's sizzling smokehouse blend grilling sauce.
