County Fair Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 (9 inch) pastry shells, unbaked

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl, beat the butter, sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
  • 2 stir in nuts and chips.
  • 3 pour into pastry shell.
  • 4 bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
  • 5 cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.
  • 6 store in refrigerator.
