Country Style Smothered Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 1/2-3 lbs chicken, boneless parts of your choice
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- hot cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 in 10" skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. remove to paper towel to drain. reserve drippings in pan. crumble bacon and set aside.
- 2 over medium heat, in hot drippings, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on all sides.
