Country White Bread

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup oil
- 6 1/2-7 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 dissolve yeast in water in large bowl. (i usually add a pinch of sugar and wait for the yeast to foam but the original recipe didn't call for this step.).
- 2 add next 4 ingredients and 3 cups flour; beat until smooth.
- 3 stir in remaining flour.
- 4 knead 6-8 minutes.
- 5 let rise in greased bowl until double.
- 6 divide into 3 loaves; let raise again.
- 7 bake at 375°f for 25-30 minutes.
